Student trip to India emphasized environmental studies

Davidson has offered its semester in India program continuously since 1981, now alternating between humanities oriented studies and, on odd numbered years, a theme based program. Last semester, the theme was ecology and environmental studies. It was the first time that a program with this theme has been offered at Davidson. Full story

A new Davidson homepage was launched on Feb. 14, the first phase in an ongoing project to revamp the Davidson website. The project aims to give visitors a sense of what Davidson as a community is about by incorporating digital multimedia and social media into the site, as well as making it more navigable and user friendly.
